2. When can I expect delivery?
We try to ship majority orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. You can check the expected time to deliver an order in the ‘Estimate delivery’ widget present in product pages.

3. How will my order be shipped?
We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your door steps.

4. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally as of now. Our Services is limited to India as of Now.

5. What's If An item is missing from my shipment.
This is very rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing and fulfilment process. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. If you have been charged, please contact us immediately over phone/whatsapp at +91 9937489386or email us petzindiastore@gmail.com. You can also post your queries at Feedback/Complaints.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
